We will send your order in 2-5 working days. Then, you will receive your order in 2 to 4 weeks (US) and 2 to 6 weeks (anywhere else).

US Customers: If your item is not delivered in 61 days, you will be totally refund or, if you prefer, the article will be reshipped.
Other countries: If your item is not delivered in 91 days, you will be totally refund or, if you prefer, the article will be reshipped.

What about your Free (1 Cent) products? Are they really free?
Absolutely! Some of our promotional products 1 Cent are 100% free and you just have to pay for the shipping and handling costs. It's the direct partnership with our manufacturers that allows us to do so.

Obviously in all cases we guarantee 100% satisfaction: if your item does not reach you within 61 days for the US and 91 days for the rest of the world you will be totally refunded.
What about the quality?
The quality of silver we use is pure sterling silver. We also use other trendy and fashionable materials for our jewelry including stainless steel, leather and offer an extensive range of designs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards through Stripe (powered Shopify Payment system). We also accept PayPal as well.
The shipping costs depend on the weight of the product and the place where we are shipping to. The total shipping costs will be shown before you complete your order.
Where is my tracking number?
We will send it to you as soon as we receive it from our global suppliers. Sometimes this will be not possible as not all of our suppliers provide it.
When will my order arrive?
It depends on the kind of product purchased (weight and size) and the location it's delivered to. Unless otherwise stated on the product description, most items will arrive between 2 to 4 weeks for the US and 2 to 6 weeks for the rest of the world, so please don't panic if the parcel does not show up immediately. If you have not received your parcel after 61 days for the US and 91 days for international, please contact us.
Why have I not received all the products I ordered?
When you order more than one product together they may be shipped separately so you get them as fast as possible. Consequently, you may receive one item before the others. If you do not receive all your product within 61 days, please contact us.
Why is my product packaging not systematically all written in English or French?
Packaging as well as instructions for use may not always be written in English. The reason is that our products are shipped directly from our suppliers overseas so as to offer you the best prices.
